Focused Massage for Muscle Tension and Pain
Personalized massage for Murrieta residents, with all appointments at our nearby Old Town Temecula office.
Your session starts with a conversation about what is bothering you, which activities feel uncomfortable, and what you want from the appointment. Your therapist adjusts the focus, techniques, and pressure around those priorities.
Deep Tissue and Therapeutic Massage
Sessions may incorporate deep tissue massage, myofascial techniques, and neuromuscular massage. You do not need to choose the perfect technique before booking.
Choose Your Starting Point
Book a focused massage session with our team, or choose an evaluation with Sam if your concerns are persistent or complex. View current prices, session lengths, and availability on our booking page.
What to Expect During Your Session
Tell your therapist where you feel discomfort, what makes it better or worse, and your preferred pressure. We discuss relevant health history before starting.
Your therapist focuses on the areas discussed and adjusts the session based on your feedback. You can ask for a change in pressure or positioning at any time.
We discuss how you feel and whether another visit or a different starting point makes sense. When appropriate, we suggest simple movement or self-care strategies.
Sessions Tailored To Your Needs

Should You Book a Massage or an Evaluation with Sam?
Start with a Massage Session
A session with one of our massage therapists is a good starting point when you want focused work for muscle tension, soreness, or familiar areas of discomfort. Your therapist will tailor the session to your priorities and adjust the pressure to your comfort.
Choose an Evaluation with Sam
Consider an evaluation if your concerns are persistent or complicated, you’re unsure where to start, or previous massage hasn’t provided enough improvement. Sam takes a closer look at your history, movement, and the factors that may be contributing to your symptoms, then recommends a personalized approach.
If you start with therapist sessions and aren’t improving after two to three visits—or relief isn’t lasting after three to five visits—we recommend discussing an evaluation with Sam.
Not Sure Where to Start?

That depends on your goals, how long the issue has been present, and how you respond. We review your progress rather than recommending the same number of visits for everyone. If you aren’t improving after two to three therapist visits—or relief isn’t lasting after three to five visits—we recommend discussing an evaluation with Sam to reassess your approach.
We do not bill commercial health insurance. We accept authorized VA Community Care referrals through TriWest. VA appointments require an active authorization before services begin. Contact us if you need help understanding how to get started or confirming whether we’ve received your referral.
