Why We Refer To Analytical Nutrition
Many people dealing with persistent muscle tension and pain also experience digestive issues. While we do not claim that digestive issues cause all muscle pain, they can coexist and may contribute to overall health, inflammation, and recovery.
That’s why Release Muscle Therapy partners with Analytical Nutrition, the independent practice of Nicole Visnic, MS, CNS, to give our clients access to specialized nutrition guidance when appropriate.

Nutrition plays an important role in overall health, and certain nutritional deficiencies, inflammatory conditions, and gastrointestinal disorders can coexist with musculoskeletal pain. However, digestive problems are not necessarily the cause of muscle tension or chronic pain. Our goal in offering this referral is to help clients explore other relevant health concerns when appropriate, rather than assuming that massage, exercise, or nutrition alone will resolve every issue.
