We use hands-on therapy, corrective exercise, nutrition and lifestyle advice, stretching and progressive relaxation activities as well as a host of other therapeutic protocols designed specifically for your needs.
The process starts with an initial phone call. Normally this takes about 10-15 minutes. I’ll ask you to briefly describe what you are struggling with and what you have done to date to deal with your issue. I’ll also ask some basic health history questions and answer any questions you may have to ensure we are good fit to work together.
Every client is unique, which is why we start with a comprehensive evaluation. This includes assessments of posture, movement, mobility, breathing, lifestyle, nutrition, sleep, and exercise habits. The evaluation provides a baseline for prioritizing your therapeutic plan and tracking progress along the way.
