Tired Of Playing "Whack A Mole"?
It’s the same old song and dance. Every health practitioner you see does the same process. Some overly simplistic postural exam or movement telling you something like:
Yada yada yada.
And the fix? You’ll just need to do this or that stretch, a few massages, some injections, or 6 months of chiropractic work.
And then magically all your problems will go away. Yep, even that CHRONIC issue you’ve had for YEARS. Just needs a few spinal cracks.
Yeah....Right
I’m not going to lie, sometimes a simple therapeutic technique can be all you need to knock loose the muscle tension or pain pattern.
But, most of the time its very short-term. The issue just comes right back in a matter of hours, days, etc.
This is immensely frustrating, especially when you return visit after visit, and the practitioner just repeats the exact same treatment. The effect is the same.
The truth is, if you haven’t made continued progress in the first 3-5 visits, it’s not likely to work for you in the long-run.
Chronic Issues Require A
Deeper Look
If you want to address a chronic issue, it’s important to examine how your body has learned to compensate for the initial problem.
The longer a problem has existed, the more is involved with it.
Full body patterns, rather than just isolated tension in specific muscles and joints, need to be evaluated and resolved.
You see, our bodies are designed to stay upright against gravity and keep us moving to meet the demands of our environment. There are a number of twists and turns that go along with any given postural imbalance.
You can have pain at any area within the pattern, but the area where the pain is may NOT be the problem. It may simply be the area that has had enough from compensation!
So, how do we address this?
The Release Muscle Therapy
Asymmetry Program
The Release Muscle Therapy Asymmetry program is a full body integrated approach to identifying and resolving these underlying compensation patterns.
Regardless of where the symptoms are located, I address the entire body.
In your initial visit, I take you through a thorough series of movement tests to determine how your body is positioned, and if you are able to exit that position and achieve the opposite (or on the spectrum toward that opposite).
Think about it this way; if you’re a right handed person that tends to shift all their weight onto the right, we want to know if you CAN get everything over to your left side, or are you essentially “stuck” in your right side.
This would result in overload of the right side.
Based on these tests, I can determine your individual pattern, how your body is compensating, and the contribution of additional factors such as previous injuries, underlying influence from jaw, eyes, or other inputs.
Manual techniques (re-positioning + massage techniques) designed to help you get out of your pattern will be utilized to accomplish a more neutral position). Based on what we find, you will be assigned home exercises to follow up on the manual techniques and develop your new patterns. (Think mind-muscle connection movements!).
Each visit, changes will be evaluated in response to your weekly homework, and additional manual techniques followed up with progressions of exercises until you are able to pass your functional tests.
The ultimate outcome is to be able to start/resume a regular gym-type workout program (pushups, squats, lunges, rows, etc) for long-term health.
Are You Ready To Finally Resolve
Chronic Muscle Tension Issues?
If you are, then this program is exactly what you’ve been looking for. The Release Muscle Therapy Asymmetry program is a 12 week program in length aimed at restoring symmetry to the body.
On average, visits are scheduled once per week for the duration of the program. Each visit includes hands-on massage release techniques, along with movement re-education, and progression of your home program.
But, I have to be frank, it’s not right for everyone.
Who this is NOT for
If you just want massage therapy techniques for immediate pain relief or just enough therapeutic work to get out of pain or fix a small issue.

FAQs About The Program
Do you accept insurance?
No, I do not accept insurance as a form of payment at this time.
Do you guarantee results?
Every single person is unique along with their circumstances. All programs will be tailored to the individual, but due to the factors that may be involved in the problem, along with you doing your own part, we can’t guarantee results. (like any other type of professional service!)
What are your hours?
I operate Monday through Friday, 9 am to 5:30 pm.
Is this all exercise work, or does it include massage therapy?
This is not specifically a massage therapy program. The Asymmetry program involves many things, ranging from stretching, self mobilization, exercises, nutritional and stress relief recommendations, and potential referral to additional health practitioners if needed.
Are there certain conditions you can’t help with? How do I know if this can help me?
While the majority of people will benefit from this approach, it isn’t always the right fit at the right time for some. During acute pain, post surgery, or when your doctor has not given you the go-head to participate in an exercise program.
What are your credentials?
I’m formally trained as a massage therapist with a speciality in neuromuscular pain relief therapy, along with corrective exercise and hypnotherapy.
Do you have any reviews/testimonials of your work?
Yes, see my Google Page reviews.
