Is this an online program or a physical product?

This program is completely online. After purchase you will be sent login details to access the course. Inside the course area you will be able to access the program materials and associated videos.

Who is this program for?

This program was specifically designed for individuals dealing with chronic hip flexor + psoas issues, but have not achieved success with basic stretching, exercises, and/or hands-on therapies. Simply put, these approaches were not comprehensive enough to resolve the problem, because contributing factors have not been dealt with.

Do I need medical clearance to do this program?

Yes! Always make sure you're medically cleared to exercise before participating in any fitness and/or nutrition program. You want to make sure of any contraindications for doing exercise. This program is not meant to treat or diagnose any conditions, which is the job of your doctor. In short, please be smart!

What kind of support do you include in the course?

I've included all of the necessary components inside the course area for success on the program. I unfortunately cannot offer personalized recommendations, evaluations, or program tweaks unless you are a personal client. This is due to the unique nature of someone's needs, and in addition for liability reasons. I will, however, clarify any program elements that are unclear or if you need assistance on understanding anything specific.

Do you guarantee pain resolution?

While I cannot guarantee complete pain relief, I can say with proper implementation, participants will learn to move better and learn to control all muscles around the lumbo-pelvic-hip region.
